Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Gentle Monster Lilit purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and items must be in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging and accessories.

- No visible signs of wear, scratches, or damage

How to Return
Returning your Gentle Monster Lilit eyewear is simple and convenient. Follow these easy steps:

- Return authorization: We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions
- Package securely: Place items in original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Ship it back: Use the prepaid label we provide - returns are free for all customers
- Processing: Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective or incorrect items)
Please note: If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We're happy to help you find the perfect fit. Exchanges follow the same 30-day return policy and must meet all return requirements.

- Items must be in original, unworn condition
- Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
- Free exchange shipping both ways for defective items
- One-time exchange shipping fee waived for sizing issues
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we'll make it right immediately. Contact us right away and we'll arrange for a replacement or full refund.

- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We'll send a prepaid return label immediately
- Full refund or replacement at your choice
- All shipping costs covered by us
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
- Prescription eyewear (custom-made lenses)
- Items that show signs of wear or damage
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Gift cards and promotional items
International Returns
We accept returns from international customers with some additional considerations:
